Congratulations, Mr. Cookie!!

You woke up early to run. You stayed up late to run. You packed your trainers for business trips. You ran when it was too hot. You injured yourself. You iced yourself. You heated yourself. You massaged your own legs. You paid someone to massage your legs. You went through several pairs of trainers during your training period. You protected your skin from rubbing off after 19 miles of running straight. You followed your schedule and only let the birth of your daughter stop you. You had never run more than 13.1 miles during training and couldn't figure out how you'd run more. I remember when you couldn't imagine running 13.1 miles. You had a goal and you accomplished it.

26.2 miles under 4 hours, just liked you'd dreamed. You did it!! There was nothing better than to watch you pass us at miles 17 and 25 with that determination. You are our hero!
